In Frank Boyden's Words - Tom Coleman and I have been close friends for over 50 years. Our work is very different but our respect for each other’s approach to making forms that supported our different decorative strengths led us to work together. Between 1985 and 2012 we produced about 85 vases and several dozen tea bowls. Time spent working together generated learning experiences. We solved problems which we could not have solved alone. We were asked to do workshops all over America and sometimes in Europe. We had a truly wonderful time.
