From the Artist About the Show: My wheel thrown porcelain wares explore the quiet relationship between form, line, & surface. The inlaid lines are created through a technique similar to tattooing. I cut directly onto the clay to create a precise design. Each piece is hand polished to reveal the natural beauty of the porcelain. Glaze is used sparingly, while allowing subtle traces of color to remain on the surface to enhance the pot.
